Excellent position end comfortable and modern apartmant with panorama seaview is situated in residental part of Makarska, only 100 meters from the beach and sea promenade, next to hotel Dalmatia.

The apartment on 2 nd floor, has one bedroom,  private bathroom, full equipped kitchentte, spacious balcony where from you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, beach bay and islands Hvar and Brač.

The nearest beach, boat dock, watersports, cafes, beach bars are just 100 meters and in only 5 minute walk you can rest on beautiful, small, private fine pebble beaches.

Parking place is paid extra 3,- EUR a day for a car and is located 50 meters from the house.Extra 3 rd bed 12,- EUR in all seasons.
