It offers complete privacy, a comfortable stay and relaxation only few minutes away from the harbor and the centre of the town with its shops, restaurants and cafes.  This holiday home is designed with traditional Brac stone and gives the real experience of island living. There are three suites in two houses, each with one bedroom and sofa bed in the living area, with a kitchen and a bathroom. The large summer kitchen with stone oven and the terraces offer enough space for pleasant days and evenings in the house

Villa’s amenities:  fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, BBQ, TV, satellite TV, stereo, DVD, internet access, air conditioning, heating, fireplace, safe, baby cot, garden, linen/towels change (weekly), parking on street.

The suites provide privacy while the summer kitchen, terraces and konoba provide plenty of gathering places. The summer kitchen, with a large stone oven and all conveniences of home, is perfect for the home gourmet. The family room –konoba- is a perfect place for indoor dining and relaxing in the heat of the afternoon beacuse its thick stone walls keep the temperature ideal even during the hottest summers.

Bigger House ( No 1. &  No.2) – two similar cottages (upper one other, has an opening terrase  to the swimming pool) , each consisting of an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom, sofa bed in the living area and bathroom with shower.

Smaller House (No.3) – open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with an additional single bed, sofa bed in the living area and quality finish bathroom with shower.

Outside – nicely landscaped garden full of Mediterranean greenery, swimming pool, outside terraces, BBQ, summer kitchen and traditional konoba.

Owners live on site and provide discreet services on request. They also provide daily pool maintenance and gardening as well as weekly linen and towel change and maid service.
