Ground floor has living / dining room + kitchen + double and triple bedroom + 2 bathrooms. There is a front terrace + jacuzzi + side terrace + pool. First floor: living room with kitchen and dining area + bathroom. Second floor: 2 double bedrooms and one twin room + 2 bathrooms.
From the north side is a tavern - a typical Dalmatian dining room with kitchen and grill.
The plot of 700 m2 is surrounded by olive trees, palm trees, Mediterranean green and flowers. It has heated around swimming pool, Jacuzzi for 5 people, outdoor shower, children's playground, table tennis, table football. Sauna... Whirpool... GYM room.

Wir haben uns in ihrem Ferienhaus Iva sehr wohl gefühlt, wir waren 11Personen und haben im Haus alle Platz gehabt, besonders gut war es durch die zwei separaten Wohnungen. Das Highlight für alle war natürlich der Pool. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.
Villaen svarte til forventningene . Rent og fint. Høy standard. Flott pool og jaccuzi . Veldig flott hus i tre etasjer med panoramautsikt. Svært kjekt vertskap . Unik sti til fjellet Vosac som må oppleves. Fin spasertur ned til den flotte byen og bademuligheter i Adriaterhavet.
