This stone house is situated  in the small Istrian village nearby Višnjan, surrounded in greenery,untouched nature with lots of peace and quietness.

With its 44 residents it is perfectly quiet and relaxing, yet the busy tourist centre of Porec and the beaches are just a short drive away. The village is 5 min. away from Baderna and Visnjan, where are all facilities and direct access to the fast road to Pula and Trieste Airports.(Ryanair,FlyGlobespan,Thomson,Norwegian Air Shuttle,Tuifly, German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair and many Russian charter flights).

There are two big golf courses within an hour drive.

This peaceful retreat has a 50 m2 pool on a 1000 m2 meadow dotted with olive trees, walled and gated. The main house is a lovingly restored old Istrian stone house. Ideal for big groups, it has two separate floors, one with 3 bedrooms and the other with two. Both floors have a living room with sofa beds, LCD TV, a kitchen and dining area. Fully air-conditioned and with broadband WiFi access.

Villa offers the ability to relax for ten people with the ability to use four extra beds.

The ground floor is a 4 + 2 beds, while the upper floor 6 + 2. Each floor is equipped with kitchen, living room, rooms with private bath and air conditioning, which offers you a holiday of your choice.

For the association if offered  a pool and a tavern with kitchen, fireplace and large table for 16 people.

Next to the pool is the newly built pool house. The pool house is a big space ideal for dining and entertaining. It has a large dining table, kitchen, bar, big barbecue fireplace, LCD TV and a bathroom. Outside there are sun beds and bicycles available as well as gated parking.
