The villa extends over 2 floors. On the first floor there is a modern living room, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a double room and a bathroom with shower. The two double and one twin bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor.

In front of the house are the large swimming pool with deck chairs, the play area for children and the barbecue area, where you can spend sociable hours. The house has a private parking space.
