New house in tradition style...
The property offers barbecue in the taverna, outdoor activities as a children's playground with a swing and trampoline, bicycles for adults and children, covered lounge area.
On the 1st floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double room, a bathroom. A large terrace extends from the living room to the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park, which does not diminish its beauty. The pool is 9x3.8 meters on the floor below.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen,a bedroom and a bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the tavern with a wooden table and lounge. Tavern & grill possibility
Great place, great vacation We've spent in Villa Stipe Dvori 8 great days. The house is exactly as in the pictures. In the main house there is one bedroom, living room with kitchen and second bed on the entresol. The second apartment is located in the lower part of the house with a separate small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Everything is finished with high quality materials. Both apartments have AC and are fully equipped. Outside there are two pools, one big and one small, lots of sunbeds and big wood grill which we used every day. There is also a garden with tomato's so everyday we had fresh vegetables. Neighborhood is very quiet. For the first two days there was one car passing by the house. I was afraid that there will be a noise from the highway but you can't hear anything.
