At guests disposal is the ground floor and first floor. The second floor is currently not in use. This secluded house has a modern living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In front of the house you can prepare your favorite dishes on the autochthonous local grill. There is also a covered terrace for al fresco dining. In the garden there is a playground with a swing, slide, trampoline, children's playhouse, table tennis table, soccer field and badminton. There are also bicycles for adults as well as fitness equipment for diverse and entertaining holiday experience.

The villa is located in the small village of Vinjani Gornji, near Imotski. The whole area is full of natural beauty and a place with great tradition. Take a swim in the pearl of Imotski, the Blue Lake and visit or take a quad tour over the Red Lake. The numerous pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera are about 30 minutes away by car (Brela, Baska Voda). An excellent traditional restaurant with wine tasting and wine cellar is a 5 minute drive away. Nearby is a beautiful park with the source of the Vrljika river and the possibility of canoeing or cycling. The area of Imotski is known for wine growing and rural culture with good gastronomic offer.
